We will cover the furniture as needed and give treatment/washing to cushions as needed.
BBQ cleaning: Yep, you read that right! We also will be cleaning the bbq so your guests can have it ready to toss that meat in and enjoy the art of eating. Yum!

As you can see, our basic package covers a lot and most importantly, you will have peace of mind, and that’s priceless.

The fee is flat year-round. It won’t even go up during the pike season. Amazing huh? We will only charge hourly/per person price when your place is used for 3 weeks and on.

Management package: $300 Monthly

This includes:
Cleaning at a predetermined cost

*Guest contact 24/7 concierge service

This includes answering all questions from your guests before, during, and after their stay. Helping them with special requests like replacing a fan or extra blankets. Items your Airbnb may need to make your guests experience a 5-star stay.

*Restocking of all supplies we needed.

This means every time our cleaners clean, they will do an inventory of supplies. They will list any items that are missing, like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, etc. We will then reorder and deliver them to your Airbnb.
All cleanings, supplies, and services are itemized and invoiced monthly.

*Access to Handyman service 24/7

In addition to cleaning services, we also have maintenance teams to handle unexpected repairs. If something breaks in your Airbnb, we will make sure to fix it right away. It is very common for smoke detector batteries to chirp, garbage disposals to need resetting, or plumbing to leak. Our maintenance teams can handle most repairs within a 24-hour window to make sure your guests can continue to have a pleasant stay and avoid any unwanted discomfort.
(Maintenance fees are $75 per hour)

Explanation of this service:

Generally the $75 covers the trip. Most of the time, the problem can be resolved fairly quickly, but there are times that the problem may require extra time. We are a fully licensed and boned cleaning and maintenance company with a general contractors license.

Things that happen in between guests like changing batteries on the door lock or changing lightbulbs, are generally handled by the service team during cleaning.
It’s our experience that there are any number of things that can happen during a guest’s stay. From smoke detectors chirping at 2 am, garbage disposal stops working, toilets keep running, faucets leak, etc…

This half price of what we charge to the public. Our regular fee is $150 per service call and $85 after the first.

If you chose this package plus the management package. The $300 monthly management fee will be added to the cleaning fee as both prices are separate.

If we can walk the guest through a quick fix, we do, but if we have to send someone out to the property, it starts at $75 per trip.

● Let’s say your cleaning fee is $150

You’d receive an invoice like this:

Management fee $300 Cleanings x5 = $750
One handyman visit of $75 Total: $1125
