Laundry
Linens & Towels
We will remove dirty linens from beds and towels from anywhere in the house, as well as kitchen towels, cleaning rags, and hot mittens
Thorough Cleaning
Our comprehensive laundry services include stain treatment, washing, and drying.
Wash and Fold
We store linens after cleaning and provide fresh ones for bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen.
Bathroom Cleaning
Toilets
We offer detailed cleaning of the inside and outside of the toilet, leaving it sparkling clean for your next guest.
Showers
This includes cleaning the shower floor, walls, shower head, handles, and windows, leaving the area fresh and fragrant.
Bathtub
We clean the inside and outside of the bathtub and remove body grease residue and hair that might be plugging the water flow.
Sink(s) & Mirrors
This includes detailed cleaning of the inside and outside of the sink, as well as handles. We also leave your mirrors and glass screens streak-free.
Garbage removal
We will collect the garbage from all bathrooms and place clean cans with new garbage bag liners.
Miscellaneous
In every Airbnb, guest essentials are crucial. We provide them all. We refill containers or provide new bottles as per your request.
Towels
Towels are essential in every bathroom, and we will make sure your guests have enough body towels/hand towels and washcloths during their stay.
Hot tub
We will give maintenance to your hot tub, too. We will check the PH and add the needed chemicals.
Kitchen
Garbage removal
The majority of guests leave food behind in the refrigerator, but we are completely ready for that, and we know how to handle it. We will remove everything and treat the refrigerator to make sure no smell is left behind, and your new guests come to a nice, fresh-smelling fridge!
Stove cleaning
We will clean your Stove inside and out, top to bottom, including any warmer drawers! This includes rags, burner handles, and glass/stainless steel.
Drawers and cabinets cleaned and organized
No guest wants messy and sticky drawers during their stay. We are happy to take that weight off your shoulders too! We will place silverware or pots and pans where they belong. Your guests will have nothing but a phenomenal experience.
Dishwasher cleared up
We will remove any dishes left in the dishwasher and put them away. We will clean the dishwasher inside and out to make sure nothing is plugging it.
Kitchen stocking
We will place clean towels, mittens, and rags in drawers, as well as coffee, coffee creamers, sweeteners, and any cooking essentials, according to your request.
Garbage collection
We will collect garbage, recycle and place new bags in the garbage can.
Outdoor seating/furniture
Green waste removal
We will remove leaves, (sweep) branches, and garbage that might be on the way for your guests to enjoy a nice outdoor gathering.
Furniture and Cushion Treatment
We will cover the furniture and give treatment/washing to cushions as needed to remove grime and stains from the fabric.
BBQ cleaning
We will also clean the BBQ so your guests can have it ready to toss that meat in and enjoy the art of grilling.
Staging Services
Many guests like to move furniture around – that’s a good sign, it means that they made themselves at home, right? Well, time to let your next guest live that experience. And for that, we arrange and re-stage furniture and throw in some decorative pillows, decorative throws, futons, mats, runners, and everything the place needs to be rearranged to leave it ready for your next guests!

Restocking of all supplies
Every time our cleaners clean, they will run an inventory check. They will list any items that are missing, like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, etc. We will then reorder and deliver them to your Airbnb.
All cleaning supplies and services are itemized and invoiced monthly.
Access to Handyman service 24/7
We have maintenance teams to handle unexpected repairs. If something breaks in your Airbnb, we will make sure to fix it right away. It is very common for smoke detector batteries to chirp, garbage disposal to need resetting, or plumbing to leak.
Our maintenance teams can handle most repairs within a 24-hour window to make sure your guests can continue to have a pleasant stay and avoid any unwanted discomfort.
(Maintenance fees are $75 per hour)
As you can see, our basic package covers a lot, and most importantly, you will have peace of mind, and that’s priceless.Â
The fee is flat year-round. It won’t even go up during the pike season. We will only charge hourly/per person price when your place is used for 3 weeks and on.
If you choose this package plus the management package, the $300 monthly management fee will be added to the cleaning fee, as both prices are separate.
For example: Let’s say your cleaning fee is $1050. You’d receive an invoice like this-
Management Fee: $300Â
Cleanings x5: $750
Total: $1050
